Nota allergeni: Tutti i prodotti finiti riportati nei menù contengono, come ingredienti o in tracce, le seguenti sostanze: cereali e loro derivati contenenti glutine, crostacei e prodotti derivati, uova e prodotti derivati, pesce e prodotti derivati, arachidi e prodotti derivati, soia e prodotti derivati, latte e prodotti derivati, frutta a guscio (mandorle, nocciole, noci, pistacchi, etc) e prodotti derivati, sedano e prodotti derivati, senape e prodotti derivati, semi di sesamo e prodotti derivati, anidride solforosa e solfiti in concentrazione superiori a 10mg/lt o Kg,  lupini e prodotti derivati, molluschi e prodotti derivati.

Il personale è a conoscenza degli ingredienti utilizzati nelle preparazioni, SIETE PREGATI DI INFORMARCI IMMEDIATAMENTE RIGUARDO EVENTUALI INTOLLERANZE E/O ALLERGIE  AL FINE DI PREPARARE PIATTI COMPATIBILI CON LE VOSTRE ESIGENZE.

Alcuni ingredienti possono essere abbattuti in conformità a quanto previsto dal regolamento 852/2004CE e 853/2004CE, i prodotti ittici destianti a consumo crudo o semicrudo seguono quanto prescritto dal medesimo regolamento 853/2004CE, allegato III, sezione VIII, capitolo 3, letteda D, punto 3.

Alcuni ingredienti possono essere abbattuti nelle strutture, essere surgelati o congelati in base a esigenze tecniche, di preparazione o alla disponibilità del mercato.

Food allergens: all our food contain, as ingredients or in traces all the allergens reported: cereals containing gluten namely wheat (such as spelt and khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats and their hybridised strains and products thereof, crustaceans and products thereof (for example prawns, lobster, crabs and crayfish), egg and products thereof, fish and products thereof, peanuts and products thereof, soybeans and products thereof, milk and products thereof (including lactose), nuts (namely almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, brazil nut, pistachio nut and macadamia nut (queensland nut)) and products thereof, celery and products thereof, mustard and products thereof, sesame seeds and products thereof, lupin and products thereof, molluscs and products thereof (for example mussels, clams, oysters, scallops, snails and squid), sulphur dioxide and/ or sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/l (litre) in terms of the total so2 which are to be calculated for products as proposed ready for consumption or as reconstituted according to the instructions of the manufacturers.

The whole staff is informed about the ingredients used in our preparations. PLEASE INFORM US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ABOUT ANY KIND OF ALLERGY AND/OR INTOLERANCE TO HELP US TO PREPARE PROPER FOOD ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.

Some ingredients can be blast chilled in compliance with the provisions of regulation 852 / 2004CE and 853 / 2004CE; the fish products for raw or semi-raw consumption follow the requirements of the same regulation 853 / 2004CE, annex III, section VIII, chapter 3, letter D , point 3.

 

Deep-frozen products, blast chilled or frozen

Some ingredients can be blast chilled in the facilities, be deep-frozen or frozen according to technical needs, preparation or market availability.
